This symposium is a dynamic platform that brings together academic staff and students to showcase groundbreaking projects and impactful research in computer sciences and mathematics. The objectives of i-SCOMATICS 2025 are as follows:

i-SCOMATICS 2025 is open to academics and students (Final Year Students and Postgraduate Students) in the fields of Computer Sciences and Mathematics. Participation is open to both local and international universities. See you there!

Guidelines

Presentation Guidelines

All presentations will be done via online platform. Each presenter will be given 10 minutes of presentation (pre-recorded video) and 5 minutes of Question and answer session. Please refer to the presentation guidelines below.

  1. Record a 10-minute video presentation where you present in front of a camera. You can incorporate any innovative techniques to enhance your presentation. Consider using two screens. One to display your PowerPoint slides and another to show yourself as the speaker.
  2. Presenters should ensure their face is clearly shown in the video recording.
  3. The video should be a maximum of 10 minutes long. After the video, there will be a 5-minute live Q&A session, and the presenter must attend this session.
  4. Organizer will provide virtual background. Participants are encouraged to use the background for the related events.
  5. The video should be in MPEG/MP4 format and have high resolution (720p or 1080p).
  6. Include all pertinent information, such as the title of your article, the names of the authors, their affiliations, and your photograph.
  7. Presentations must be given in English.
  8. The audio commentary and slide content must be presented clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner.
  9. There is no background music permitted.

Submission Guidelines

Please follow these comprehensive guidelines to ensure your work is properly reviewed and considered for publication.

  1. The full paper must be submitted in English, using the provided Microsoft Word template.
  2. Author is suggested to proofread the paper. It is crucial to carefully check the scientific content and correct any grammatical errors.
  3. Your paper should be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
